Things were actually getting pretty interesting for once. Jean-Jacques is revived, which was a bit of a surprise. No idea why Jean-Jackass Guibarthez is plotting against modern magic, but taking down Misa is his objective. Misa with all her gutsy glory deliberately falls for the trap, but I’m not sure if it was worth getting killed, or so what it looked like. Gotta say, I wish her fight with Yumiko went on a bit longer. Also, it seems the sword code is the standard among all modern magicians or something. How about transforming into sickles too? Anyway, I’m guessing that the Sorceress whom Jean-Jacque wants to revive will actually appear in the next episodes, otherwise that whole scene would’ve been quite pointless. It’s funny that they never bother to mention much about her until later on, so who knows just how much strong magic she’s capable of. I bet Koyomi saves them all with the power of wash basins. This is probably the one instance where I like Kaho-chan a lot, and I don’t mean just because she was in an animal suit. Why she wears that, I’ve no clue, but she thinks very concisely about things. The way she understood Koyomi about Misa going missing and Yumiko trying to find her even though she “killed” her was pretty funny.  Misa appears out of the blue, like she usually does, but it looks like she became a ghostscript or something. Maybe she’s really dead after all.
